[VNPAY-QR] Onsite & CRM operation specialist

The specialist is responsible for operation of all onsite visibilities (apps, websites) and Customer Data Platform to serve internal business units & external customers of VNLIFE. This is the main stakeholder for onsite with regards to the development of respective reporting tools and testing features. Besides that, it is required to be flexible and have enthusiasm for teamwork, passion to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.

THE WORK

  • Responsible for all onsite (app & desktop & banking version) visibilities. Create guideline (if needed) to ensure the consistency of visibilities.
  • Allocate banner slots, product listing according to the plan.
  • Responsible to oversee for all web/app content.
  • Operate customer data platform: Push notifications, email & sms marketing, …
  • Understand dashboard to optimize Funnel on Onsite
  • Be the main stakeholder for onsite with regards to the development of respective reporting tools and testing features.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver other tasks assigned by line manager.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1 year of working experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field required.
  • Basic knowledge in IT, Ecommerce is a plus but not required.
  • Understanding of Retail / Ecommerce / Marketplace business in term of customer journey.
  • Must be flexible and have enthusiasm for teamwork and fast-paced environments.
  • Handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and passionate to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Critical thinking and have service mindset.
  • Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills
