[HN] Senior Recruiter

VNLIFE is the newest and second unicorn of Vietnam although its name is relatively unknown to most consumers. 

Aside from its VNPAY-QR network, which is integrated in more than 30 mobile banking apps and available for payment in nearly 100.000 shops across Vietnam, and its diversified portfolio companies in new retails (Phong Vũ, Sói Biển, Vnshop.vn) and online travel (My tour, Tripi, DinoGo), VNLIFE is also a big player in providing technology solutions for both banks and merchants of all sizes. 

As one of the key members in VNLIFE, DIGILIFE’s principal task is to offer VNPAY-QR service – a fast, convenient, and secure payment method for both sellers and buyers.

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join us.

1. The work

• Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy;
• Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing;
• Manage  recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.);
• Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities;
• Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies;
• Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities;
• The listing of main responsibilities and main duties are not necessarily exhaustive and may be changed at management discretion to reflect the needs of the corporate.

2. Basic qualifications

• University Degree;
• Minimum of 3 years-experienced in Recruitment, preferably in Sales and Marketing field;
• Integrity, reliability, and independence;
• Analytical, organizational and planning skills;
• Interpersonal and communication skills;
• Active, enthusiastic, love contacting and networking with people.
